The vision for Aly Halpern Law is a firm that offers its clients premier services and greater accessibility. Lawyers are certainly not cheap, and often the need for legal assistance is inextricably tied to feelings of stress in the first place. Clients pay good money and should be able to count on their attorney to address questions and concerns promptly. Lack of communication and/or responsiveness from an attorney can frustrate a client and make them feel neglected. Aly’s goal is to build a trusted partnership with her clients. To do so, she offers personalized attention and unparalleled accessibility, alongside superior service.

Finding an attorney can prove challenging and time-consuming. Consequently, clients often forego the process and make important decisions without proper legal advice. Unfortunately, both inaction and impulsive or ill-informed decision-making can lead to expensive problems down the line. In a concierge relationship, clients do not have to look for a lawyer because theirs is just a phone call, text or email away.

Aly’s ultimate goal is to be more than just a lawyer to her clients. She strives to be a trusted advisor who will provide proactive legal counsel, which in turn will reduce, if not prevent, future legal challenges. However, realistically, there are occasions when reactionary, or even assertive, legal counsel and action prove necessary. When such occasions arise, Aly stands ready to act.
